When I’m not busy working with current or prospective owners, I enjoy spending time with my wife and young sons, coaching sports and enjoying the outdoors.

What’s not to love!? You’ve got 100 miles of coastline with some of the most picturesque photo ops and sunsets in the world. One of my favorite local restaurants is From Scratch in Carmel. The cinnamon roll pancakes and brisket chili will change your life!

Hi, I’m Denise Turner, owner and operator of Grand Welcome Monterey Bay.  I have over 20 years of experience in property management and a background in business administration and marketing. I've held various leadership roles, including managing large portfolios of properties and leading teams in the Central Valley.

My love for community and leadership also extends to volunteer work with organizations like the Alzheimer’s Association, where I served as a Walk Chair.

I’m passionate about creating unforgettable vacation experiences and helping our property owners achieve their goals.

One of the things I absolutely love about Monterey and the coast is the incredible food scene!  Whether it’s on Old Fisherman’s Wharf, the Santa Cruz Wharf, or in town in Monterey, Pacific Grove or Carmel-by-the Sea, there are some incredible choices!  I’m also a fan of spending time at the Boardwalk or the beaches with my grandchildren!

I have an upbeat personality and an ability to analyze situations from many different angles making my personality a natural fit for property management.

I spend my days caring for their properties and homes, proving both our guests and homeowners with unparalleled dedication. I get to work with amazing people from all over the world, and look forward to working with you.

I love the Monterey area for the coastal attractions and enjoying the community.  The small-town feel, warmth and welcoming faces are the biggest draw!  Whether it’s in PG or Carmel, or getting a little busier up in Santa Cruz, Monterey Bay is Joseph’s place to be!  Servicing our homes and homeowners is special too.  We have a great group of people I get to see and speak with every day.

Hi, I’m Kyle Vickroy, owner and operator of Grand Welcome Monterey Bay. I was born and raised in San Francisco but have called Monterey home for the past 10 years.

As a retired USAF veteran, I was stationed at DLI Presidio of Monterey, where I became fluent in Mandarin Chinese. My passion for hospitality spans over a decade, having worked with top brands like Marriott, Westin, and Hyatt.

I’m proud to lead Grand Welcome Monterey Bay, helping homeowners maximize their rental potential while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
