Hi, I’m Denise Turner, owner and operator of Grand Welcome Monterey Bay. I have over 20 years of experience in property management and a background in business administration and marketing. I've held various leadership roles, including managing large portfolios of properties and leading teams in the Central Valley.
My love for community and leadership also extends to volunteer work with organizations like the Alzheimer’s Association, where I served as a Walk Chair.

As a retired USAF veteran, I was stationed at DLI Presidio of Monterey, where I became fluent in Mandarin Chinese. My passion for hospitality spans over a decade, having worked with top brands like Marriott, Westin, and Hyatt.
I’m proud to lead Grand Welcome Monterey Bay, helping homeowners maximize their rental potential while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
